Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I’ll be showing you
how to make Beef Wellington with crushed Yukon Gold Potatoes and Haricot Verts. And what
I’m going to do now, is I’m basically just going to add my duxelle mixture right
into the same pan because we want those flavors to, you know cross pollinate. I’m just going
to take my onions right into the same pan, in goes my shallots, and my garlic. So I’m going to season this,
let it go for a couple of minutes and I’ll come back and add some red wine to it.
