Hi, this is Stephanie Manley with CopyKat.com. I have been making recipes
on the internet for over 15 years. Today I'm going to show you how to make
a healthy pineapple orange smoothie. This has just a few ingredients in it.
We are going to start with frozen pineapple chunks. I also have some nice
plain yogurt. I have a little bit of honey for sweetness. Ice. And an
orange for that pineapple orange smoothie. So, let me show you how to put
this together.
I just love a smoothie. They are so wonderful. They're a great snack or
even a great breakfast. And if you make it at home you can save a whole
lot of money by assembling this yourself. So, why don't I show you how to
do this. I'm going to use about a cup of pineapple here. This is frozen.
I love using frozen pineapple. This is so easy. It's fresh. You don't
have to cut it. You don't have to do anything. All right. I'm also going
to use about a cup of plain vanilla yogurt. You can also use vanilla yogurt
if you have it. I'm going to use a little bit of honey for sweetness. Then
I'm going to add in some ice. All right. Then I'm just going to put in a
whole orange here. So, we've just made a pineapple orange smoothie that's
