are, is basically every Friday, me and all of our guys, we take pictures to basically
see our progress; how close you are to getting to your goal, and if you are at your goal,
then if you re maintaining it. So, we do three pictures; front, side, and back, and we look
at those pictures every single week to make sure you re on track. All right guys! So,
