Welcome to the CoGAP® nutrition portal.
Here you will find nutritional tips and recipes
suitable for your Meta-type.
In addition, you can create appropriate diet plans
on basis of your Meta-type and personal characteristics
such as age,
height,
weight and diet goals.
You have the option of creating a new user profile
or using it without being registered.
The advantage of creating a profile is
that you don’t have to insert your data again.
If you press on the “next” button,
you can insert your personal characteristics.
Here with a click
you can select your Meta-type
and the optimal percentage of your food
from your MetaCheck analysis result.
Then, insert your personal data
such as gender,
age,
height,
body weight and physical activity level.
By choice you can also insert a specific value for your basal metabolic rate
if you already have performed a basal measurement.
If you already have a user profile,
your personal characteristics are already present.
You only have to enter changes in weight
or in your basal metabolic rate if these occur.
A click on the "next" button located on the right side
leads you to an overview page.
If you register for the first time,
you will see your new user profile code (please remember this).
On this page your calculated BMI
and your daily calorie requirement is displayed.
The scale below the data
interprets through different colours your BMI value.
Below, helpful tips for losing weight are shown.
Under these tips you can find two different options.
You can choose between a personalized recipe
and a personalized diet plan.
On the left side you can select different options
while searching for recipes.
By pressing the "get my recipe" button
you will receive your customized recipe.
If you don’t like the displayed recipe,
you can search the recipe list for “more recipes”.
If you found the ideal recipes,
you can save it as a PDF file.
The “back” button on the left side
takes you back to the overview page.
On the right side you can select
your individual diet plan.
You can choose between
"keep my weight",
"lose 0.5 kg per week"
or "lose 1 kg per week ".
By pressing the button "to my diet plan"
you will finally receive your individual diet plan.
Here you get different appropriate diet suggestions
which can easily be saved as a PDF file.
Now all you need is
your personal CoGAP®-MetaCheck report
to be able to start.
