Silly question. Well it's November 7th here, Ian Harford, Total Outdoor Adventures, bleeding.
We just, we've been walking along, seen a lot of Moose sign. But no Moose, until now.
We're trying to get the camera set up. There's two Bulls over on this slide here. About
350, 400 yard shot. Ian killed the biggest of the Bulls. He's pilled up in the Alders
here right now. I have a hard time seeing, but, not too far off the Horse trail which
is nice, but, it's his tenth day hunting today so it's about time we got some blood. Yeah
blood right here. Blood right there. And up there. Not once, not twice but three times
scoped myself right here on the nose, thanks to that pack down there so. But we got a Moose
down. We're happy. Now the hard work begins.
So, looks like it's fell in the thick stuff then. So. Well done Tyson. Good job.
I'm Ian Harford and we're at Total Outdoor Adventures in British Columbia. Now this is my ninth day of hunting. I've been hunting Moose primarily.
And we've been hunting in the mountains around here but this is the first time in Road Raw.
I've done a lot of mileage with young PH or young guy Carlton. Tyson turns up yesterday
and we find this fella here. Now, we started on the far ridge across the way there. Started
off and we spotted him at 368 yards. We settled down on the pack to try and get a shot and
he moved, kinda skipped up the hill, we think about another 50 yards. He's a magnificent
British Columbia Shiras Mouse. Probably the hardest I've had to work for a trophy
here in North America on my four hunting trips so far. So we're gonna take the cape. Hopefully
lug his head downhill. And come back and take out the quarters tomorrow. So I'd like to
thank Vince and Lisa Cocciolo of Total Outdoor Adventures. My guide Tyson. More importantly
Blaser, Zeiss, Markhor Hunting Backpacks. Norma Ammunition, Swedteam Deer Hunter and my
friends at Realtree. And of course Realtree AP the worlds foremost camouflage pattern,
so, thanks guys and see you at the bottom.
