Light fire. Milk in pan.
Wheat flour in bowl. Heat milk a little.
Warm milk over wheat flour. Mix by hand.
Vanilla sugar, wheat flour, white sugar and milk in a pan.
Stir.
Add more flour and keep stirring. Remove all lumps until smooth.
Pour wheat flour on table. Create balls from dough.
Large pan on fire. Put enough ghee in.
Roll out balls to rotis.
Deep fry rotis quickly.
Mix mixture of sugar, flour and vanilla with the ghee.
Keep stirring until texture of laps.
Cloves. Fill rotis with lapsi.
Cloves on top. Close roti by folding.
Sindhoor.
