Hi, this is Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village and today I’m going to show you
how to cook with a Dutch oven. So now we’re coating the last piece, and we are going to
make the last piece of the coil, and this is actually, when I go to, any of the bakeries,
the places in the mall that have the big cinnamon buns this is always my favorite part, so I’m
going to make sure that is extra fat and I’m going to put a lot of coating on that. Now
I’m just going to kind of smash them all together, just to make sure that all the pieces
I attach actually stick. Okay, now I’m going to take all this leftover sugar, cinnamon,
brown sugar, you don’t want to throw it away, you’re just going to scrape it off
the pan and sprinkle it over the top.
Okay and as we’re sprinkling it we’re just going to kind of pat it in there to make
sure it gets down into the nooks and the crannies, and you’ll see when it rises. This will
begin to look like a cinnamon bun again, because all the, you know each spiral, each part of
it will be covered up. Take the last bit, sprinkle it over, a little bit left, okay
again I’m going to press down, give it a shake and that looks good.
