This training video is an overview of the Main Menu of the EC-Series Analyzers.
Please consult the EC-Series Users Manual for more information.
This is the default menu every time your Analyzer is started.
The main menu allows you to access the 6 function groups of the EC-Series Analyzer.
Use the up and down keys to navigate the menu,
And use the Enter key to confirm your selection and access one of the function groups.
There are 6 function groups.
You might want to watch the videos related to each category for further details.
By entering in Quick Test, you will be able to perform Quick Tests with your unit.
Use Quick Test to generally assess the health of batteries without keeping a log of the results.
Test String is a function where the Analyzer Tests are logged in a Test Result.
The Test String rests on a String Configuration and unless there is at least one String Configuration in the Analyzer,
this option will be grey-out and not accessible.
The next category is Test Configuration.
In this group, you will be able to generate sophisticated Quick Tests Configurations,
As well as String Configurations necessary for performing String Tests and creating templates.
Access Test Results to review any data generated with a String Test.
If no Test Results are available in the Analyzer, this option will not be accessible.
The Utilities section is a group with several function types.
In here, you will be able to setup the Analyzer Language, time and date or other general options,
as well as access more advanced functions such as Repeatability Test or using your Analyzer as an Oscilloscope.
The last section is to triggered communication with IBMS.
