Retronix was established in 1992 to serve the PCB industry in Central Scotland.
We've started with a core business of working within flexible labour solutions, but have
progressed that on to where we are offering engineering services and offering a core capability
of value-add services to the customer, in so that moves from being able to deliver people
when and where the customer needs, no matter where it is globally, but also moves on to
full relocation services for equipment or turn key project provision in terms of fab
closures or fab start ups. We have also then moved on to provide training for customers also.
Moving along the value chain and being able to offer engineering services where the customer
needs it, is our differentiation with our competition. We have developed a global footprint
that started in Scotland. We've now got offices in Ireland, we've got establishments
in Germany, in Italy and France. We've got a wholly owned subsidiary in China, as well
as a full business entity in North America. We've got clean room space that's based
in Pheonix in Arizona, we've got clean room space in Ireland, and we've got clean room
space in Scotland also. What we pride ourselves within the business is being able to offer
value to the customer, trying to bring cost savings where its needed, because as the industry
is driving for more and more cost driven solutions, this is where we see that our niche within
the market is. The plans for the future of Retronix is really, we've seen over thirty
percent compound annual growth over the last five or six years consistently and this has
been a fantastic amount of effort that has went in from the management team to get there.
We want to keep driving in that annual growth rate and its all based around exporting from
what we have in Scotland in facilitating our global customer base.
