All right while we're waiting for our dried goods to get soft. We're just going to put
our sauce over here on the side and then we're going to go and cut off a piece of our ginger
and then take the skin off it. Go ahead and mince this. Now we're going to take about
a tablespoon of oil and we're going to put it in a frying pan and we're going to heat
that at about six and we're going to come back and cut off the end of our onion and
then cut a ring. We're going to cut that right in half. So we can very easily remove the
outer skin. We'll dice our onion and
then we will take two of our garlic cloves. We'll cut off our brown ends and we'll dice
these and then as soon as their diced. We're going to take our onion and add it to our
oil.
