On behalf of Expert Village this is Dina Cutrone from Tall Order in New York City. Today we
are going to be showing you how to make a quick and easy Thai dinner. So you would see
we are going to put this to the side and then we are then going to put our vegetables into
it for our salad. So I'm going to actually check on my beans to see how they are doing.
Like I said before you want to take some of the rawness out of them. So let's see how
we are doing. They are actually okay, they are good, they still have crispy. They are
still crispy but they don't taste raw which is what we want. So we are going to take those
out. There is not that many of them I'm just making one salad right now so you would see
that I don't have that much. We would put them over here. So they are going to be ready
to go into the salad. We are actually going to cut them when they cool off I will cut
them up. Next element is our cucumber. So you can really just slice it anyway that you
want but I like to make into thin slices.
