Spring has arrived and I always think of this time of year as a great time to renew and
refresh so here are my spring tips. First, head to your closet. Simplifying your wardrobe
is a great way to maintaining a simple and easy style, keep the classics, update the
trendy pieces and consider adding a few eco-friendly pieces. Also this is when you can clear the
clutter by pulling gently worn pieces that are still in good shape and donate them to
charities like dress for success, Goodwill and Salvation Army. Next we head to the bathroom.
Specifically look through your beauty products. If it is expired, toss it. If it has chemicals,
synthetics, parathen and mineral water, you can do better than that. Toss it and replenish
your stock with Super, and antioxidant loaded with super food nutrients and doesn't contain
any nasty ingredients. Next, head to your kitchen to do a cleanse of your pantry. Get
rid of some of those processed foods and embrace whole, super foods whether it's going to the
super market or, my favorite, heading to the local Farmer's Market. My favorite breakfast
is getting greek yogurt, and topping it with blueberries, strawberries and sprinkling on
some chia seeds. True super food meal, yum. Share with my your spring cleaning tips by
liking my Facebook page and uploading a video of 30 seconds or less, or simply type in your
tips on my page and you'll be automatically entered to win over 200 dollars worth of Super
skincare products. Thanks, I can't wait to hear your ideas.
