Let's go over the ingredients that we are going to need to make this dish. We are going
to be using a chicken breast that is very thinly sliced so we are not going to be sauteeing
it that long because we are going to be putting it in the oven. After we are done sauteeing
it we are going to butter a casserole dish and we are going to take some capicola here
and again prosciutto if you can't find that and we are going to put some munster cheese
and if you can't find that jack will work just as well, we'll put that on sear it and
then we'll bake it in the oven. Our vegetables we are going to be using today, we are going
to be using some mushrooms and also I have got some baby broccoli here and we are going
to be steaming some green beans, some peas, and some corn and we are also going to be
using a tomato in there and I'm going to use half of a red onion. We are going to be needing
some flour and actually we are going to be mixing this flour with some of the sherry
and we are going to stir that together and then we are going to bring that up to a heavy
boil before we dump it over our chicken after it is cooked. We are going to make a vegetable
base, we are going to need some hot sauce, some red wine vinegar, two potatoes, some
olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and we are going to need some garlic powder, some
sherry, some cider vinegar and some sugar and we are going to have a little bit of fresh
thyme.
