On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to show you how
to make Spanish Style Chicken Noodle Soup. It's been about twenty minutes now so I am
adding in these fideos, noodles. Okay, you don't have to do them like this. You can get
thicker noodles, there's different styles, different types, but we like them thin. You
see a lot of the Spanish great places that you eat at, restaurants, make them, make these
soups and they make them with these thin, thin noodles like this. And it just gives
it another style to the soup and it's not going to take long before the soup is done.
This cooks really fast. And that's why I put it in last because it cooks pretty fast. You
don't need to put it in any earlier because it comes apart and it becomes really like,
I don't know, it just gets clumpy and I don't want my soup to be clumpy. Okay, so I'm going
to put this in like this and then I'm going to push it down so it can cook down with my
soup.
