Eagle and Kondor
A central issue of our time and therefore a central issue of Eagle and Kondor is,
reconnection.
We went through this intense sensation of beeing disconnected,
and experienced ourselfs deeply as individuals
-which containes its very own and beautiful quality-
and right now a lot of us are travelling back,
gathering again,
noticing we are not disconnected.
A lot of the challenges, that we are facing,
are not exclusivley individual, but rather collective,
they are challeges connected to the point where the human race is now.
cooperation instead of competition
introduction to circle culture
To me Eagle and Condor is a beautiful picture
for the demands of this time
We live in a eagle-world,
the eagle stands for the masculine principle,
that is highly inventive, very strong and that is driving progress.
The condor stands for the female principle, that is more about care taking,
about being in contact with ...lets say... mother earth..
It has this profound connection to the concept of sustainability,
this deep felt responsibility for the things, that we live of and the generations to come
It's about these two worlds coming to harmony.
to feel and reconnect
Developement of our feeling-forces, reconciliation of male and female principles
ecological sustainability
social justice
spiritual fulfillment
The Eagle and Condor Cycle is designed as a initiation rite,
an initiation rite into a new culture
that we are creating and yet we don't exactly know what it will be like.
It is not like you are coming to Eagle and Kondor
and i am telling you what the new culture should be like.
There are a ot of new cultures arising these days
but what is needed is a rite of passage into a more mature way of beeing.
We spend some time, a few days, a couple of nights
out in the forest
alone
oftentimes without water
mostly without food, without speaking
and then there is nothing except nature and us.
This experience of I can do this,
I can be with myself in that way, without going crazy,
without all that stuff i usually seem to need,
is a very liberating experience.
the vision quest... returning to ourself and the natural cycles
Where does the journey go to?
Yeah, that's what i also would like to know!
Simply getting more connected to this natural power
to this world we live in
to me that's one the main aspects. I enjoy being in nature
but i never gave myself the time.
Coming to one's senses, finding clearity.., conscious perception and creation of life
It's a very beautiful spot inside a hazelbush
and i felt beeing welcomed, when i came there
this good feeling of being right at this place.
to integrate this in my everyday life..to feel it
in my daily actions, at my workplace and with the people I'm close to,
to feel I'm just fine the way I am, I think I found the right spot here to learn that.
what is the paradigm shift happening now?
and how does this affect my private live,
my way of having relationship
my way of making a living
these are the questions we are dealing with
and through looking at us in the context of this evolution
we are getting a new understanding of what is happening now
also for our personal processes
be the change that you want to see in the world
Roughly said, there is a lot going wrong in this world
and it is taking rather threatening forms.
Everything is becoming faster and faster... I have to get better and better.
i think its a good point in time to realise
that this prison is made by humans
and that this world is offering more than enough
for us to create something different.
It's a wonderful and nourishing journey we embark on
something I really look forward to everytime.
So are the participants. It's a really precious time to us.
We know, that valuable inner work is done
and at the same time we are nourished deeply by the connections that are being made.
