Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to tell you a recipe which
is directly, directly from the heart of India.
So I can see that as I put the lentil into the water, they're actually soft and the color
has actually transform into yellow. The water color. Now what I need to do is I need to
mix these two lentils together so they won't be any difference and I'm just kind of mixing
the two lentils. Here it go. You can use your hand but make sure that your hands are properly
washed. And here I've mixed the lentil. This is basically a combination of two cereals
or lentils which we'll be making. So I think like we have devoted enough time for these
lentils. Like actually they have actually get soften. You can just see the quality.
They're very soft. So that means that they'll be easily cook and whenever you just, you
don't making lentil, make sure that its there in water for almost two to three hours. Then
that will give you a nicer taste plus it will be soften. Because if it not be soften, it
won't be of any use. Any time the cereals talk about, any cereal talk about Rasma which
is one of the great cereals of all lentils. But the only thing is you need to put it in
water since morning or for almost hours. For example if we talk about this particular lentil,
you can put it in water for two hours.
