Alright, our potatoes are done, so what we're going to do is we're going to drop that heat
down to about two and then we're going to come over and drain our potatoes. I'm going
to bring them back to our pot, we're actually going to take our vegetables and move them
in the back. We're going to go and mash our potatoes about half way and then we're going
to measure out half a teaspoon of salt,
a tablespoon of cider vinegar,
a tablespoon of oil, and then we're going to stir to incorporate those through the potatoes
before we go ahead and mash them all the rest of the way.
