Another way to start your partner yoga practice is by flowing some of the beginning practices
we've already done together in a little series, that makes a really beautiful practice. So
we're going to begin with prayer hands, move to lotus hands and then move into the third
eye prayer. So Gina and I are facing each other, touching knees, our spines, lungs and
we're going to bring our hands into prayer hands, saluting each other heart to heart,
pressing through the palms, finding our breath. And then moving our hands in to lotus mudra,
signifying the raise of our energetic vibration, as the arms reach slowly up to the sky using,
your breath and then connecting third eyes together, reaching the arms behind come in
to Angeli Mudra, again focusing on your breath, focusing on your partner's breath and the
connection.
