Hi. My name is David Bradshaw. I'm talking about the distribution of TV wirelessly around
your home to different screens that you might have around your house. So now we're going
to get right into the nuts and bolts of this and we're going to look at how you connect
a PC like this to a Media Extender, like this X-box 360. We're going to run upstairs. Take
this to a TV that's sitting in the main bedroom upstairs. It doesn't have any TV connected
to it right now and we're going to show how you can connect this X-box to the TV and then
connect the X-box 360 to the PC down here wirelessly. So now we're upstairs. We have
the X-box 360 as the Media Extender and we have the TV. The only other things you'd need,
would be the remote control for your X-box 360, whether it's one of these or it can be
the regular game controller you have. You can see here I've already got the wires that
go to the back of the X-box 360 here and the power connection and you can see that the
TV isn't connected to anything. There's the regular aerial socket, right here, it's just
not connected to anything at all. So what I'm going to do is just place this on the
ground. Oh, by the way, I'm also going to need a pen and paper because I'm going to
have to write down the code that the X-box 360 gives me. I'm going to have to run downstairs
to the PC and put that code into the PC so that the two recognize each other and can
start talking to each other.
