Hi I'm Lennis from Cook Dance Love Live I'm a food and wellness coach and today I am sharing
with you a super delicious recipe.
Now this is a pasta that I got at Pike Market, or Pike Place in Seattle when I was there
two weeks ago and what I love about it is that it is so good a lot of herbs were used
to make this pasta it does not contain any eggs or any dairy it really is all clean ingredients
very natural very delicious.
So for some of you who may be looking to eat a little bit more carbohydrates this pasta
dish is great because you get the carbohydrates but you also get a lot of nutrition from the
herbs that they use like turmeric, turmeric is amazing, is anti-inflammatory so these
are ingredients that you want to make sure that when you are eating something that has
been a little bit processed it is used it is made with clean ingredients so in the recipe
I am also showing you how to make their recommended sauce for it which is a raw Puttanesca sauce
now this sauce usually contains oil but because I am very aware of my cholesterol I cook without
oil so I'm using vegetable broth as a substitute.
