Do you ever feel there are advantages to being disabled? Zoe Block, Boston, Massachusetts
Yeah definitely there are advantages. Getting to park really close to the buildings. Silly
things. Getting to pass major lines at amusement parks or whatever. Not having to pay parking
tickets if it's a parking meter. Just stupid stuff like that. Sometimes you get treated,
you know, just a slight bit nicer because people feel pity for you, which is a stupid
reason to treat somebody nice but, I don't know...it has its advantages. There are times
when I was a kid, I could get away with stuff that nobody else could get away with 'cause
I could just smile and they would say, "Okay."
