Simple in line valves represent probably one of the largest product groups available
throughout the fluid power industry.
Often selected to a price rather than a specification, it is very easy to
ignore any technical difference that sets manufacturer's apart.
V60 offers a high flow in an extremely compact body size with
flows of up to 4,000 litres per minute.
Modern spool manufacturing techniques mean that a V60 valve can flow up to
twice the capacity of older more traditional products
allowing use of smaller valves where possible, optimising space on machines.
The V60 valve is highly adaptable
which helps to reduce spare part costs.
Solenoids are standardised across the range, and are quickly removable and
replaceable and have low power requirements.
A choice of manual override and either standard or collected pilot exhaust
allows use in all locations including clean room environments.
The range is generally used in single form,
but can easily be adapted to a more complex solution.
There are also a couple of more specialised versions to consider.
If you have a requirement for multiple 3/2 valves, then the double version
reduces space taken up on a machine by almost 50%.
The twin coil version where we have two separate solenoids at one end of
the valve offers easier installation with reduced wiring,
and smaller size.
We also have a complimentary range of air piloted versions available
for more traditional fully pneumatic systems.
