In a blender, crush the biscuits.
Pour the butter over them and stir well.
Put the mixture into a 24 cm baking pan
bake the base at 300 degrees for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat the whipping cream with the sugar until it forms stiff peaks
Finally, add the instant coffee powder to the whipped cream and fold it in well
pour the caramel sauce over the base. Next add the bananas which you have cut in small pieces.
Cover the banoffee pie with a thick layer of whipped cream and let it set in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
Optionally, decorate with more whipped cream and chocolate.
