This video demonstrates how to obtain download access from IBM Passport Advantage.
You will learn how to request software download access for first time and existing users,
actions that you can take to speed up pending Passport Advantage requests,
how to determine your site’s primary contact, and who to contact if you need help.
If you are using Passport Advantage for the first time
make sure that you have your IBM ID, company’s IBM customer number, and site number ready.
If you do not have an IBM ID, you can sign up for one now.
Log in, enter your company's site number and click submit.
Your primary site contact must approve your request to grant you access.
To speed up the process, contact your primary site contact directly to approve your request right away.
If you are not sure who your primary site contact is, call eCutomer Care for help.
If you are a returning Passport Advantage user who needs download access
contact your primary site contact to change your access level.
