If Temple Pose is too difficult and you can't get your hands together, your shoulders are
too tense, particularly for men in this pose, in the beginning at least, there is a lot
of muscle mass in this area so it is easier and more productive to just do what we call
a V for victory pose and that can be anywhere from here to here, find the place that works
for you keeping the arms back, the chest open, the hips rotated forward, reaching up through
the fingertips, exhaling and sitting down a little deeper, remembering to keep that
rear heel pressing own, bring the energy up the rear leg, forward knee, right over the
ankle, kneecap over the second toe in either Temple Pose or V Pose, breathing, relaxing
the shoulders, feeling like a hero.
