Black Mambas hunt on the ground as well as in trees.
They are constantly on the lookout for small mammals, lizards, snakes and birds.
Snakes are curious animals, especially mambas.
For an instance, I’ve seen cases in which snakes had seen some type of potential prey that they would normally eat.
But for whatever reason, they are not hungry, they are in a breeding mode or for whatever reason.
They are not going to kill and eat this animal. However, they are still curious.
Bird parents will not tolerate any predators near their nest.
They will attack the mamba, even if their own life is at risk.
