Hello, my name is Lisa and I am a Personal Trainer and Pilates
instructor here at Custom Fitness.
I also hold an Exercise Referral qualification, and am currently
completing my Level 4 Qualification in Exercise in management of back
pain.
Rehabilitating my own hip and pelvis after a difficult 2nd pregnancy
not only got me fit
and pain free again but re-ignited my love for fitness, leading me to
re-train as an Exercise Coach.
3 years or so on and I love working with a variety of clients,
improving their movement
patterns, helping integrate activity and good nutrition into their
lifestyles, reducing pain or enhancing sporting performance.
I am available for Personal Training sessions at Custom Fitness
between 10 and 2.30pm
on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. I teach Pilates here on Tuesdays
at 11 and Thursdays at 7.30pm.
I also offer semi-private Pilates sessions at Hykeham Chiropractic on
Newark Road each Friday morning.
