30 days challenge six abs hell n.1
Hi to all! I prepare next challenge named six abs hell number one for this week.
First exercise is named Criss Cross. We lie down on the floor.Hands behind
your head, lift your legs up and push down your loins to the floor.
I extend one leg and the other leg I pull up crosswise my elbow.
Exhale - exhale.I change my legs. If there is the number on the table for
example 10, it means 10 on the each side and we try it make as quickly as you can.
One - one - two - two - three - three- four - four...
In the second exercise (ruka kotník) we will pull up our arm crosswise our
ankle.Lie down again, one arm behind your head and extend up crosswise
leg.Pull up your arm up to the ankle as slowly as you can.Concentrate your
abdominal muscles.Exhale with lift up. And number on the table means on each
side again!
The last exercise I called Slanting sit-ups (šikmé sklapovačky).
We are on the hip, lean on the forearm, the second arm behind your
head.Shoulders down, heels together, knees asunder.We pull up knee to the
elbow with exhale. Again!The number on the table means on
each side.
