Hi this is Francisco Cales of Tampa, Florida with Expert Village and our theme for today
is basic spa maintenance. Pick up your skimmer line; a little bit of line is not a problem
but if you get too much air you will get a hiccup. That is not what we want. When vacuuming
I prefer to start in the shallow end and work my way up to the deep end. If I have already
pushed all my debris to a certain spot then I would go ahead and vacuum that area. If
you vacuum on a regular basis then maybe just a spot vac would be needed at that time. If
you are spot vacing, once you connect your vacuum all you have to do is to vacuum that
certain area. More important would be to pick up any large degree as part of the vacuuming.
A slow back and forth motion is all that is necessary to pick up the debris in the pool.
You can also walk the walls and also clean your swim out.
