colleges and universities. You know we have great river systems that we're starting to
our backs toward. I think after the 1913 flood we turned away from them. We've looked at
them as a bad thing but now there are these little stretches of connectivity points that
are starting to happen on the river. Metro parks is starting to put little kayak chutes
in. For example, they put one in Gardens Center. I love the fact that we've got good restaurants.
I love the fact that we've got great arts and culture for a community of our size. What
I love most of all is that fact that you can see the signs of economic development rebirth
and it's not just words. We've got real assets and the reason is that I kind of get excited
when I come to work everyday is to kind of hopefully push and pull those levers because
I think that's the single biggest issue that we need to be focused on and I feel good about
it.\ \
