For those of you that have never used, or maybe even heard of, the Google Play Store,
it’s Android’s equivalent to Apple’s iTunes Store. In the Google Play Store, you’ll
find apps, games, music, books, magazines, and your favorite movies and TV shows.
You’re sure to find your favorite games and apps out of the more than 800,000 to choose
from in the Google Play Store. You can download your favorite Angry Birds, or maybe even Plants
vs. Zombies, to keep you and the kids entertained. You can find all the latest hits from Grammy-award-winning
artists like Taylor Swift, Adele, and more that are available to download in the Google
Play Store. You can purchase individual songs, or an entire album from your favorite artist
or band. Browse the over 4 million titles that make up the world’s largest collection
of eBooks, and stay on top of all the new-release books without leaving your house by downloading
the digital copy right to your Android smartphone or tablet.
In the magazine section of the Google Play Store, you can buy a single issue or subscribe
to your favorite magazine. Some publishers will even give you a free digital copy each
month to go along with your paper issue that you’re already receiving.
And I saved the best for last. If you like watching movies and TV shows while on the
go, the Google Play Store has exactly what you want. You can rent or buy your favorite
new-release movies, like Marvel’s The Avengers and the new James Bond 007 movie Skyfall.
You can also buy your favorite TV shows like The Walking Dead by the episode or the entire
season. The Google Play Store gives you the latest
and greatest apps, games, music, books, magazines, movies, and TV shows in the palm of your hand.
