The next thing I want to talk to you about is chest lifts. For chest lifts you want to
make sure you're in good posture. It's very very important for this move. Again, tail
bone tucked under, chest is lifted, make sure those shoulders are back, and your chin should
be up. For chest lifts you want to, from here from your rib cage, you want to lift. You
want to throw your rib cage out to get that lift. And drop. Lift and drop. You might just
get a tiny lift just at the beginning, it will work into a bigger stretch for yourself.
So again, lifting from here, you want to think of it as something of a string here at your
rib cage and pulling out and releasing. Pulling out and releasing, chest lift, up, down, up,
down. Again, remember it's coming from the rib cage. Push the rib cage up and out and
drop. Lift, drop, lift, drop, lift, drop, and again, just make sure that you are lifting
from the rib cage here. Make sure you are keeping your shoulders level. Don't lift with
your shoulders also. Just lift with the rib cage. Lift, drop, lift, drop, this is your
chest lift.
