Alright now we're going to start preparing our shrimp. We're going to take our saute
pan, and we're going to add a tablespoon of oil and let that cover the entire bottom and
the sides. We're going to get our small cup and we're going to de-vein our shrimp. Put
our gloves on so that we don't contaminate anything else. We're just going to pull these
outer shells right off, including the tail.
Alright, we're going to remove our gloves. We're going to add our onions and garlic,
and then we're going to take our small strainer, we're going to cut our lemon in half and then
we're going to squeeze it, this way we get all of the juice but we don't have to go ahead
and pick out any of the seeds later on.
