Here’s the Working Set of Protein Sequences.
If you have your own data that are not in IRD, you can still use the various IRD analysis tools to analyze it ...
… by first uploading the data to your personal Workbench. This will not make your data publicly available.
However, you can choose to share it with other designated colleagues if you would like to.
To do so, navigate to the Workbench page and click the “More Actions” button.
Click the “Upload File” button … then type in a name and description for this file to be visible on your Workbench.
For example, you can upload your own FASTA formatted sequence file to your Workbench and analyse your sequence using IRD tools, such as
BLAST, sequence alignment, Phylogenetic tree, SNP analysis, et cetera ...
Choose a file type ...
Select "Unaligned FASTA” and a Data Type, select “Nucleotide,” then click “Browse” to find the file to be uploaded from your computer.
Finally click the “Upload” button on the browser to complete the process.
The uploaded file is now listed in the Workbench table.
Click the blue “i” icon ... to load the file page.
Now you can run the Analysis on the file by clicking on an “Analysis option.”
