Today I'm going to show you how to make a delicious heart shaped fried egg
perfect for a Valentine's day breakfast.
Start by warming up some oil in a frying pan.
Then we're going to take a metal heart shaped cutter which I've already coated in cooking oil and place it into the pan.
Next go ahead and break an egg into the cutter.
You can use the shell to keep the yolk central whilst it cooks.
Leave it for a few minutes until its fully cooked, then remove the cutter
take the egg and place it on some freshly buttered toast.
Next we're going to decorate it with some little red hearts
so take some ketchup, remove the lid, and dip the end of a teaspoon in.
Then we're going to make two dots next to each other like this, and smear them down to form a heart.
You can do this in all four corners, but you must be quick so you can serve it while it's still hot.
And there we have a lovely Valentine's day breakfast.
A slightly different way to do it is to cut a hole into the bread with the cutter
fry the bread, then crack an egg into the middle.
