Hello Fitness Fans. We are Real Fitness Reviews. My name is Stephen Twomey along with Susan
Porter. We are very excited to bring a special event talking about how to get ready for bikini
season. Since I have nothing to contribute on this matter, as a guy- Susan is going to
take this one. Alright, with the summer months coming up soon, alot of girls want to know
how do I get ready to fit into my bikini. Alot of problem areas girls are self conscious
about is their butt, leg area and stomach. So, I am going to show you a couple ways to
help with your legs and butt. The most versatile would be squats. Depending on your height
or your hip placement, you want to determine how far apart to place your legs. I typically
go based on my height shoulder width or a little bit wider. So what you want to do is
keep your back completely straight and you dip the whole way down into the squat. And
then back up. When you make your way back up you are going to drive through your heels
so you keep the tension in your butt and hamstrings instead of your shins. This is really going
to help with your legs, your quads, hamstrings your butt. As a bonus finishing move, you
can do a calf raise onto your tippy toes! it is going to help shape your calves. This
way you are working your whole leg. As you get more comfortable and advanced with squats
you can add weights. Another thing for when you are squatting is, when you get to the
bottom of your rep range with the squat, you drive off your heels and spring up and jump!
When you jump it really helps with your hamstring and butt to shape them! You just keep on doing
them until you can't do anymore. It is not really a number, just how you are feeling.
Take a little break and then repeat.
