Rinse the shelled oysters quickly, and drain in a colander.
Slice the 7 fresh shiitake mushrooms.
Wash the 1/2 japanese long onion quickly, and cut into pieces.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet, and fry the oysters briefly.
Then add the shiitake mushrooms.
Cook the shiitake briefly. When they start to become soft, add the 1 tbsp red wine. (If don't have wine, unnecessary.)
Then add the 1 tbsp miso, japanese long onions, mirin, and soy sauce.
The rest, flavor with grated "yuzu citron" skin. It's done.
