Continuing to prepare to come into the full expression of lateral angle, we talked about
inhaling and lengthening, and now when you exhale rotate your ribs so it's though you
have a barrel and you're rotating the bottom ribs forward and the top ribs back towards
the ceiling, so the whole torso rotates, the middle of the torso rotates toward the ceiling.
You still want to keep your head over the forward foot, don't bring your head forward
or too far back, just breath in and lengthen, exhale, rotate, this top shoulder can come
slightly back and the ribs rotate toward the ceiling. That's going to bring the shoulder
where it needs to be when we come into bringing the arm along inside the ear, so continue
to do that. You can also use a little bit of the pressure of the forearm against the
forward thigh gently to help you rotate, rotating the ribs toward the ceiling.
