Hello and welcome to a new Episode of BBQ aus Rheinhessen
Today i am going to show you the recipe of a delicious Jack Daniel´s Chipotle BBQ Sauce.
And now i show you the ingrediences:
you will Need:
First of all:Jack Daniel´s Whiskey
a half can of Chipotle in Adobo
1 litre of Ketchup
Molasses
Cider Vinegar
ganulated Garlic
granulated Onions
crushed black Peppercorns
coriander
Liquid Smoke
dry mustard
Brown sugar
smoked Paprika
and Salt
you will Need a Mixer to combine the ingrediences
as i use the american messure scales, you will need.
1 Cup 1/2 Cup
1 Tablespoon 1/2 Tablespoon
you need a sieve...
and a pan to simmer the Sauce in it.
and now.. lets start to mix all the stuff together!
You start with 1 Cup of Jack Daniel´s Whiskey...
then you add the half can of Chipotle in Adobo
add one Litre of Ketchup
a half Cup of cider vinegar (which i fill in the almost empty Ketchup Bottles to get
the Ketchup out of it)
then you add 1/2 Cup of Molasses
add one Cup of brown sugar
and now 1/2 Tbls granulated Garlic
1/2 tbls granuled Onions
1/2 tbls dryed Mustard
1/2 tbls crushed black Pepper
1/2 tbls Coriander powder
1/2 tbls smoked Paprika
2 tbls liquid Smoke
season it with salt...
and that´s it!
i will mix it all up.. and then we move to the pan...
now i will let it go through a sieve to filter out the cores of the chipotle Chilis.
now let the Sauce heat up in a large pan, stiring it.
Have some clean glases ready to fill the Sauce in.
Thats it: almost 2 Litres of Jack Daniel´s Chipotle BBQ Sauce.
Take a look at it... it´s a perfect Sauce.
Rich tomato flavour, a nice kick because of the Chipotle and of course.... Jack Daniel´s Whiskey taste.
Try them on the Jack Daniel´s injected Moink Balls (shown in Episode 128)
I hope you enjoyed watching.
See you soon on "BBQ aus Rheinhessen"
