On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Badnford. I'm going to show you how to make a delicious
Asian vegetarian entree. We steamed our broccoli and our carrots, there they are, you see the
steam coming out of here. We are really cooking on this segment. Next, we are going to put
into our steaming pot the sweet potatoes and the peppers that we had cleaned (scoop them
right up) right in the pot. Now you notice that unlike most other dishes that you would
make I'm not adding any seasoning (salt and pepper) I'm going to put the lid on here and
the reason for that is that the sauce that we are going to add to the end has miso in
it. So it's quite salty so that's going to give you all the flavor you need. When we
come back we are going to steam our mushrooms and our onions.
