>> Often in diseases I see, it's coming down to exercise, weight loss
and keeping your balance well and having a generally healthy diet
that has enough calcium and vitamin D in it.
So, those are things, sorry, that we recommend to people short of even talking about medication
and often people don't realize that that has such a big impact on keeping their mobility,
keeping their joints working and keeping their bones healthy.
But if it comes down to them having a disease, let that be rheumatoid arthritis
or they're falling a lot or they have osteoporosis, then it's a matter of deciding
with the patient together what do you want to achieve, what is important in your life
and which treatments do we have to offer to get you there?
I'm not somebody, and I tell that to my patient on a regular basis, I'm not somebody who's going
to force a pill down your throat because it's, it's their body, it's your body,
and you need to be on the same page as I am.
And my, I see my role as making sure that I give you all the information that you can make the,
that you can make the decision on what you want to do in terms of treatment.
