Hello I'm Andras Glockl from Hungary, Budapest we're running Iguana Restaurant we're cooking
Mexican, traditional Mexican food. We're open for 10 years now and we are here on behalf
of Expert Village. And we have my chef Glockl we're going to make guacamole today and Glockl
is using a fork push the avocado, he's using a fork to make it creamy, you can leave some
small pieces. I like to tell you the secret about guacamole making if you use a plastic
holder it won't get brown after a few hours, otherwise its got a little brown that's why
we're going to use a drop of lemon after we finish we cover it with lemon. Now we're adding
in the tomato, the onion, fresh cilantro, some salt, and jalapeño which we mixed before.
Don't use too much then it will be a hot one when you finish. Then you put the lemon on
the top and after you put in the fridge for 30 minutes to sit.
