This is number 9 seated twist. Again coming to the edge of your chair, sitting up nice
and straight so the crown of the head is reaching up the ceiling. We are going to bring our
left hand to top of our right knee, we are going to bring our right hand to the arm of
our chair, we are going to press our right shoulder behind us, and we are going to turn
and look towards the wall behind us. Okay keeping the breath slow and smooth. You find
that is a little more difficult to breath when you are twisting. Again try to keep the
breathe relax. Exhale turn forward. Let come the other side so bring your right hand to
the left knee, bring the left hand to the arm rest, and lift the spine, and then turn
and bring your chin over and look towards the wall behind you. Exhale turn and come
out of the pose.
