And because I'm a student I don't have lots of money
So I'd like a simple dish
And with pasta because I know how to cook it!
We decided to accept Jessy's challenge

For the ramen, it's really easy
You need: the ramen noodles, Japanese or Chinese
Some oil
Coriander, really good for Asian dishes
Some ginger, not essential but a good add
Some parsley
A small tomato, a carrot, some prawns
It's not as expensive as we think, a small pack, like this, for four people
It adds flavor for not that much, about 1€50

Ramen noodles are cooked, we add 1tbs of oil and 2 tbs of water
It's really fast to cook
And it's not more expensive than Italian pastas

We put half a carrot, a small onion, some tomato concentrate
we simmer gently, then the prawns
