I've been looking for the knife that fits my needs and my hand
...the knife that I can thoroughly satisfied with. Luckily, I was given the opportunity to create my ideal knife.
This is called "Santoku Knife" This shape is the one of the traditional Japanese knife
Its broad blade is very useful when you cut a pumpkin, a mooli or a large Chinese cabbage.
"Usuba Knife" is the most characteristic Japanese knife.
This is the only knife that has a single-edged blade in my collection,
This is Japanese cutting method called "Katsura-muki". You are only able to cut like that with a single-edged blade
I have been longing to have a knife that is beautiful, truly easy to use and care
