Beat the butter and sugar.
Add the egg yolks and continue beating.
Next add the vanilla, baking powder, salt and rum
Finally add the flour in 2 parts
Put the dough in a large tart pan of lots of small ones
With a fork, make holes in the tart and line it with parchment paper
Fill the tart with ceramic baking beads or rice
Bake it for 15 minutes with the beads and 15 without them
We are starting the cream by beating the egg yolks and combine the corn flour with some of the milk
Put the remaining milk in a saucepan and warm it up
Add the sugar and cocoa powder
Add the egg yolks after tempering them with a little bit of the hot milk
Finally add the corn flour and stir until the cream thickens
Off the heat add the butter and chocolate
Pour the cream in the tart shell
Garnish with the strawberries and the whipped cream you make with the heavy whipping cream
