What do you think about the cardio kickboxing weight loss results we heard about?
The weight loss plan really seemed to kick butt.
Is it realistic? I’ve heard of weight loss plans that promise to shrink your belly and
only lighten the load in your wallet.
The cardio kickboxing plan works as long as you get off your butt and start kicking it
literally. Any plan that gets you up and moving will help you lose weight.
They’re pretty particular on the workout moves.
Kickboxing has the benefit of not requiring a lot of fancy equipment, and almost anyone
can do it.
A lot of eight year old boys already think they can do it. At least this plan doesn’t
leave me with another soon-to-be clothes hanger.
Is that the weight lifting machine or the rower?
I don’t remember what is under all the towels and last summer’s fashions. Why do you think
this plan works over the hot yoga or some other plan?
First, it is a cardio workout. You actually do burn calories on this plan, as long as
you don’t consider sitting on the couch getting worked up watching the athletes work
out part of your exercise routine.
I heard this workout plan is better than others because it tones your legs, abs and rear end.
The kicks tone your legs and rear, that is true. The punches tone your arms, shoulders
and upper body.
I’ve heard that kickboxing isn’t good enough.
If it is thrilling enough to get you off the couch, it’s great. Kickboxing isn’t as
intense as an Insanity workout, but it works for ninety percent of us.
It doesn’t work if you don’t have the balance or range of motion for it. What should
those people do?
Going for a long walk, using an elliptical machine or trying a gentle workout routine
with a therapist is a good start.
At least I know kickboxing is a good way to kick off my weight loss goals.
