From table pose melt your heart, stretch back to dog pose, and then from dog pose bring
your right leg forward in pigeon pose so that means the right knee will go toward the right
wrist and the right foot can go more toward the left hip so the knee is at an angle and
the right knee is a little more off toward the right it is not in the middle of the mat
but it is off toward the right. Then staying upright on your hands, activate your right
foot so this foot instead of being collapsed, spread your toes and push through the big
toe mound, keep that foot active try and take your hands to your hips and in order to do
this hug in strong with your legs, keep hugging in with your legs, bend your back knee, hold
the foot, draw the foot in toward the pelvis, scoop the tail bone down, lengthen your spine
upward, get full inside of your heart and then you can even stretch your right arm up
toward the sky. Good, release, place your hands, step back through dog pose and then
inhale, bring the left knee forward, keep the left foot active and hug in strong with
your legs as you hug in you may even be able to take your hands to your hips then bend
your back knee, reach back and hold your foot. Notice how my hip, my left hip is lifted up
off the floor so I'm not leaning toward the left but I'm creating so much stability in
the legs that my heart can fully open, lengthen the spine and then stretch your left arm up
toward the sky
and release, step back to dog pose and then come to your knees.
