I would like to introduce to you the product more innovative
that is commercialized in the five continents,
and it has already more than two and a half years in the market,
giving solutions for the necessities of aerial video and photography at low price.
The system is content in this trunk, offering protection during transportation and storage,
inside you will find all the required elements to perform the mission or task.
this is the base station, which is the reception center for the telemetry and video
broadcasted in real time by the md4-200
in this tray you can transport safely the Dron,
when it is contained on it you can be sure that the transportation is easy and safe.
under the tray you can find:
the radio control,
chargers, accessories,
the propellers,
the photography camera, the HD video camera and other accessories.
to prepare the microdron lets extract it from the security tray,
install the RC antenna,
the propellers are mounted,
and these are fixed by means of the O-rings,
with these not only are fixed
but also they help to reduce the vibrations caused during the flight.
so far we have ready the Dron,
to mount the photography camera,
we require to plug the connectors for the infrared trigger,
and the connector for the video signal that is broadcasted to the base station.
after mounting the camera you can see that:
the frame from the camera helps to compensate the angles of attack
from the frontal and lateral wind.
now let's mount the battery,
to open the Dron cover you require to align the marks,
slide the battery till the end and you will hear a click,
to close the Dron you required to mount the cover and rotate it clockwise.
turn on the radio control,
doing this the Dron starts the phase of searching for satellites.
Now we would have a look at the base station and how to prepare it,
inside of this,
you require a Laptop,
it has the function to prepare the signals that are decode by the system,
those are: the telemetry and video in real time that is received.
The base station has an intelligent power supply,
because it accepts voltages from 110 to 220 VAC,
12 VDC or also it can operate with the batteries of the system,
you will find the connector for the antenna,
two outputs for analogical video in RCA connector,
the main switch for the base station,
the selector of channel for the video and telemetry reception,
and the switch for the LIPO charger.
Now let’s see what is below this cover,
here you will find spaces defined for:
the backup LIPO batteries,
The diversity antenna for reception of video and telemetry,
the frame grabber,
The decoder of telemetry (downlink decoder)
the battery for the operation of the base station,
The charger for the LIPO batteries,
and a battery that may be charging when you are operating with external supply.
Those are the cables that are used to communicate the base station with the laptop,
through these send the information to mdCockpit,
the mdCockpit will prepare the information to the user.
this is the way the antenna is mounted,
and the connector is plug into the base station,
after that we place our Laptop,
turn it on,
and connect the two USB cables to the computer,
after that, we proceed to turn on the base station.
for sure, before you finish configuring the base station,
the Dron will be doing double beep,
this double beep means that the Dron is ready to fly,
we require to turn on the motors,
we made a GPS correction for the starting point,
and elevate the Dron
after this, we verify that the Dron is behaving stable to the actual weather conditions,
and proceed to place it in our point of interest,
after placing it,
the user focuses in the task of shooting the photos or video,
Base on the image that is received.
at any time, it is possible to change the point of interest,
the orientation, the angle of the camera,
the actual height, and others when you are flying manually,
in the base station
you receive all the time the information of the telemetry and video,
in real time, allowing to have a better angle of observation.
