With a wall assisted leg stretch, we very simply want to put one leg about, a foot away
from the wall. And reach our hands out, to touch it. And then what we're going to do
is, we're going to slide that back leg down. And drop the front knee. So you'll feel a
stretch, along the whole length of the back leg. Breathe as you do this and feel that
stretch. Nice and deep.
Now to counter this, we're going to straighten the front leg. Drop our head down. Bend the
back knee this time. And feel yourself dropping into this front leg. So that you're stretching
it, as it pulls back. Then forward, bend the front knee. And back, then the back knee.
